Modalities and Techniques

Shortwave Thermolysis

A hair removal technique that uses an alternating current to heat and destroy the hair follicle and surrounding area. Also known as short-wave diathermy or high-frequency electrolysis.

Galvanic

A hair removal technique that uses a direct electric current passed down a probe into the hair follicle where it creates a chemical reaction. This reaction then destroys the hair bulb.

Blend

A hair removal technique that combines shortwave thermolysis and galvanic methods to destroy hair follicles.

    I’ve trained at two electrolysis schools—Laser Blazers and Bloomington School of Electrolysis—as well as completing Aveda’s Esthiology program.

Payments

Payment is due at time of treatment. We accept cash and checks only.

Policies

Treatments and consultations are available by appointment only.

We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations.

Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled and we may not be able to extend your appointment due to other scheduled clients.

Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
